The staff here was friendly and helpful; the location was great, within a short drive to the airport, and the rooms had everything we needed, including a microwave and a fridge.

This hotel is reliable and upscale and set in a safe area adjacent to several restaurants, as well as the mall and Target. the room was well laid out, brand-new, and suited our needs. - the location near the Mall of Abilene was convenient. - the staff made our stay very good.

The so called “manager” David, was a complete rude asshole. Told me to hurry up and get my card so he can charge my room. I got a non smoking room online and then he continued to argue with me and say my money was non refundable and that I had to pretty much deal with it. I took two steps in the smoking room and it was like hitting a brick wall of smoke so I said hell no im getting a different room. Went back to the front desk and requested a double bed or something as long as it was non smoking. He said he had a handicap room but I would have to move rooms every night to a different room. I requested to talk to the guy that was above him, and then all of a sudden he found a non smoking room with double beds. Imagine that. He has no respect for anyone that! Not even his own co workers! Their was a young lady that just started working there, so she was still getting used on how to do things...well he would embarrass her, call her out right in front of customers!! He made her go check the room we were supposed to be in and thought we were lying about how bad the room smelt like smoke. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!!! It’s disgusting, the people are rude and have no ounce of respect for anyone.

The hotel is reliable and affordable with amazing friendly staff. the rooms are equipped with air freshener and fast internet. the location is good and excellent, within an easy walking distance to everywhere. the check-in process is smooth and the service is good. Additionally, they offer wake-up service and ironing with no extra charge.

A double room here suited our needs perfectly. 😊 Its location was spot on, close to many places and in a beautiful area.

A nice size rooms for our needs, efficient staff. Good facilities. Comfortable location near many places, and 15 minute walk from Mall of Abilene. Right by the Mall and a variety of restaurants, dining options and business areas.
